1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (if applicable)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
- Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Select international locations (if applicable)
If your location is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to your region.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delays & Carrier Issues
Lunara Sole™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date
We will assist you in resolving the issue; however, Lunara Sole™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost shipments
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
